Edward P. Bronston
Attorney Edward P. Bronston is a member of the State Bar of Tennessee. He has operated a law practice in the Memphis area since 1993. Bronston has a practice ranging from Sports Agency for football, basketball and other professional sports, to Entertainment Law representing local regional and national artists to Civil and Criminal Litigation. Attorney Bronston owns and operates The Bronston Law Office. Bronston, is certified to practice in Federal Court and also handles cases in local and state court as well.

He, along with his family, is the owner and operator of an independently owned and operated Auntie Anne's franchise in the Atlanta metropolitan area. He is responsible for financial transactions and business development for the venture.

Previously Attorney Bronston specialized in residential loan closings. He was a loan officer at Westminster Mortgage Company. He has extensive experience with professional sports having worked for the NFL Players Association in Washington DC, as a marketing specialist for the Detroit Lions in Pontiac, Michigan, and in the front office of the Atlanta Braves in Atlanta, Georgia. He also has extensive management and business sales experience having served in management for Crown Petroleum in Carey, North Carolina.

He received his Juris Doctorate degree from The University of Dayton School of Law in Dayton, Ohio, and is a graduate of Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

He is also the founder of Millennium Developments and Griffin Farms. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., and makes his home in Memphis, Tennessee where he was recently recognized as being in the "Top 40 Under 40".

Susan Bronston Sullivan, Esq.
Susan is a member of the State Bar of Georgian and the State Bar of Ohio. She is a partner in and President of TSG Solutions, LLC. TSG Solutions provides employees for program management and construction management initiatives and provides business support to major municipal projects in the areas of community relations, marketing, administrative support, inspections, engineering support, office management, diversity programming and planning, procurement services and business consulting services.

Susan, along with her family is the owner and operator of an independently owned and operated Auntie Anne’s franchise in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Susan is responsible for the overall operations and business development for the venture.

Previously Susan served as a member of the Mayor’s Cabinet of top City officials as the Director of the Office of Contract Compliance. She served with the legal team and previously represented the City of Atlanta as an advocate on Olympic related issues leading up to and during the 1996 Olympics.

Susan is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University Law School in Cleveland, Ohio where she was #1 in her class for the Moot Court Program and a regional winner and national finalist in the Nation Moot Court Competition. She also studied law at Oxford University in Oxford, England. She is a graduate of Howard University with a BS in Political Science and English, where she was the Senior Class President and Graduation Speaker.

Susan, a dedicated soldier for Christ believes that all things are possible with God. She believes in a strong commitment to community and service with affiliations and memberships in many organizations and special efforts. Recently her family has been lead to Greater Hope Baptist Church, in Taccoa, Georgia where her husband Rev. Michael Sullivan is the Pastor. She is a Board Member of Operation Heart to Heart, Inc., and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

She lives in metro Atlanta with her husband and children Shaylyn who is 7 and Jackson who is 3.
